A quick and easy recipe for delicious Homemade Hummus, it takes minutes to make and is so useful to have in the fridge!

  • 2 cans organic chick peas
  • A good handful of raw cauliflower florets grated finely
  • ½ cup tahini
  • Juice of 1½ lemons
  • 3 cloves of garlic roughly chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ground chilli flakes to taste
  1. Add all the ingredients into the bowl of your food processor.
  2. Blend for a couple of minutes.
  3. Taste it and see if it needs more salt or chilli.
  4. If it is too thick for your liking then add a tbsp of water at a time and re-blend until you get the desired consistency.
  5. It will Keep in a covered container in the fridge for up to one week .
